“Learning another language is not only learning different words for the same things but learning another way to think about things.”
Learning languages opens up a new world for the language learner; not only because you think about things in new ways but also because learning a new language can open up new doors of opportunity in life. Mastering English, as one of the most important global languages, brings with it countless benefits and l am here to help you along the way. I will design individual learning plans for you focussing on your areas of need and also on the skills you wish to improve on. Although there are some areas of English language learning that students can find more challenging to master, like high-level grammatical concepts, we will work on these together and have some fun as we go!
My name is Adele. I am from Australia but have called Vietnam and more recently, Malaysia, my home for the past 5 years. A love of learning and languages have been at the forefront of both of my chosen careers. In addition to English, l have recently attained the B2 Certificate in the German language.
I also have an impressive track record as an English as an Additional Language (EAL) teacher and have taught adults in a Refugee Learning Centre in Melbourne, primary and secondary school students at the Australian International School, International German School and International School of Saigon Pearl, in Hồ Chi Minh City. I have also tutored primary and secondary students at a prestigious tutor agency based in District 2 of HCMC for 3 years.
